Born and raised in the scenic valley of Santa Cruz, Jason Carmino developed an entrepreneurial mindset from a young age, driven by a vision to create meaningful impact through business, innovation, and leadership. His journey reflects resilience, strategic foresight, and an unwavering commitment to transforming industries while empowering communities.
Jason’s professional foundation was built within the banking sector, where he spent over nine years developing expertise in finance, investment, risk management, and the intricate processes surrounding real estate and home ownership. During his tenure beginning in 2007, he immersed himself in understanding both the banking and legal frameworks connected to property acquisition, while simultaneously learning from established agencies and brokers across the real estate industry. This period laid the groundwork for what would become a rapidly expanding business empire.
In 2007, he founded Carmino Property Development and Management Company (CPDMC), which evolved into Carmino Properties Ltd in 2008. Armed with industry knowledge, determination, and an entrepreneurial spirit, Jason entered the real estate market as a solo agent, successfully closing transactions throughout the Santa Cruz region and steadily building a reputation for professionalism and results.
As demand for his services increased, the company expanded from a modest home office into a growing operation that attracted talented agents committed to delivering exceptional service and cultivating a strong property portfolio. By 2014, the company established its first public office in Port of Spain, marking a significant milestone in its development. From there, the business broadened its capabilities to include property management and complementary real estate services, creating a more holistic and client-focused approach.
Throughout this growth, Jason recognized the challenges that accompanied scaling a business within a highly competitive industry. Recruiting the right talent, preserving the company’s core values, and addressing the negative perceptions often associated with homeownership and real estate transactions became central priorities. Through innovative thinking, selective recruitment, and process-driven systems, the company successfully transformed the client experience into a seamless and hassle-free journey tailored specifically to its customers.
Today, Jason serves as Founder of Carmino International, a global holding company established in Panama in 2026, and as CEO and Chairman of Carmino Realty Group, the parent company of Carmino Realty International. He also serves as Managing Director of Carmino Properties Ltd, CEO and Chairman of Island Grid Solutions, and Chairman and CEO of Digi Reef Limited, a digital social media marketing and web development firm.
Under Jason’s leadership, Carmino Realty Group is strategically positioned for international expansion over the next two years, while Carmino International actively prepares to diversify into the hospitality, food and beverage, technology, and finance sectors. His ability to identify emerging opportunities, embrace calculated risks, and execute bold business strategies continues to drive the organization’s momentum across regional and international markets.
